Key Responsibilities
▪️ Lead end-to-end delivery operations for enterprise Insurance accounts.
▪️ Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
▪️ Ensure SLA compliance, delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
▪️ Drive cross-functional technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
▪️ Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
▪️ Identify account growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
▪️ Collaborate with internal teams on resource planning and delivery optimization.
✔️ Mandatory Skills
▪️ 15+ years of overall IT experience.
▪️ 6+ years of Delivery Management experience handling enterprise accounts.
▪️ Minimum 5+ years of Insurance Domain experience in Property & Casualty (P&C), Auto, or Fire Insurance.

✔️ Preferred Qualifications
▪️ PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL Certification (Preferred)
▪️ Experience with Agile, SDLC, Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow.
▪️ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
