7. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:
Cloud Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management and support of our public cloud ecosystems AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) focusing on operational excellence, security compliance, and cost optimization.
8. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Design, implement, and automate cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices for each platform.
• Manage security policies, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery procedures across all cloud environments.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost management for AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to provide guidance and troubleshooting support for multi-cloud architectures.
• Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
• Create documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
9. LIAISON WITH:
• Main External Relationships: Business Process Owners and stakeholders within Client.
• Main Internal Relationships: Client Service leads, IS Management, function and technical consultants from Information Systems (IS) staff.

11. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ Years) as a Cloud Administrator or similar role in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and technologies (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, VPN).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate).
