Position: Business Transformation Manager
Location: Chennai, India
Work Mode: Based in India
Experience: 10–15 Years
Reporting To: Group CDIO
Travel: Up to 30% across KSA and project locations in the Middle East; heavier travel expected during the first 90 days
Compensation: As per industry standards / current CTC
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a single business demand intake process, ensuring every request has a clear business owner, objective, and benefit hypothesis.
- Facilitate workshops with business leaders and super users to capture current-state and future-state processes.
- Develop high-quality requirements documents, process maps, and testable/traceable acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to ensure solutions comply with group standards and controls.
- Support initiative prioritization with PMO and Strategy & Planning, considering value, risk, compliance, and dependencies.
- Define success metrics and support value tracking during hypercare and transition to run.
Key Success Outcomes
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will be expected to:
✅ Establish an effective demand ingestion and business case evaluation process
✅ Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Applications, Business Analysis, UI/UX and Solution Architecture teams
✅ Ensure major initiatives have approved scope and acceptance criteria before development begins
✅ Reduce scope creep and late-stage surprises during UAT and Go-Live
✅ Establish clear process ownership and decision rights among business stakeholders
✅ Participate in critical SDLC gates to ensure the end-state remains aligned with business objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Transformation, or Enterprise Applications Delivery.
- Strong EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) domain exposure across projects, procurement, finance and project controls is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in requirements management and fit-gap analysis for Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise platforms.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
